Like almost everything, the consultation began long before it was a consultation and before I was a therapist.
The consultation began, without me knowing it yet, when I started as a patient in Isabel Leva’s office, who would be my teacher. With it, a personal path was opened for me that allowed me to care for myself in a way I had not done until then, and that made me delve into the study of specific complementary therapy techniques that I had never considered as tools for addressing health and self-care. In the ten years we shared until her death, she treated me as a patient, admitted me as an apprentice and disciple, and allowed me to learn as his assistant in her consultation and the training courses. Those ten years have helped me to look at myself without trembling and to discover what has become a life itinerary.
